   Policies Reservations are guaranteed with a credit card or personal check. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. A two night stay required Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 14 days notice your rental will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. No refunds for early departure. We charge $25 processing fee on cancellations. Pets Well behaved pets are welcome. We do charge appropriately for pet cleanup Check-in time is 3 pm Check-out time is 11 am Smoking permitted outside only. CHECK AVAILABILITY
